HOW TO JOIN AS AN ARGILLA MARKETER?
You can join Argilla Pottery for R0.00, or with one of our starter kits.
- Complete the registration form, by clicking on the “Register Now” button or by following this link.
- If you want a starter kit, pay the R250.00 / R650.00 / R1275.00 (see “Starter Kits” for more information).
- Send us your proof of payment, a copy of your ID, and a head-and-shoulder photograph of yourself.
Commission/Discount:
It is the prerogative of Argilla to adjust the discount structures. Commission will be calculated in a calendar month.
Target Incentives for new marketers:
During your first month:
• Sell R2 500 (R625 p/week) and receive a FREE Go-Getter Starter Kit.
• Sell R5 500 (R1 375 p/week) and receive a FREE Simple-Starter Kit.
• Sell R9 650 (R2 413 p/week) and receive a FREE Easy-Starter Kit.
• Sell R13 450 (R3 363 p/week) and receive a FREE Kick-Starter Kit.
Argilla discount structures
(these may change from time to time, but you’ll always be notified well in advance)
- R1 000 – R5 000 p/m -> 20% discount -> Earn up to R1 000 p/m
- R5 001 p/m and more -> 25% discount -> Earn R1 250 p/m and more!
- Argilla Marketers have to sell R5000.00 per month to receive a 25% discount/commission on their sales.
- Only A-grade orders count towards your monthly sales target.
- Invoices, of more than R1000, will be calculated on 20% discount, right through the month, unless your opening order is R5000+.
- Marketers who qualify for a 25% discount, on Sales of R5000+ at the end of the month, will receive a 5% credit note in the 1st week of the following month to be deducted from Sales Orders, no cash will be paid out.
- We have a very good online store/system in place – which marketers can be part of to have an extra line of marketing and sales. Since the online sales and payment work through our website, the commission is 20% on those transactions, due to the fees involved.
Argilla Marketers who refer new Marketers who 1. Join and 2. Achieve R5000.00 per month, will be rewarded.

Orders:
How do I pay and receive products?
- You may order at any time during the month.
- We are operating in a Calendar month, only for commission purposes.
- A deposit will be required with every order.
PLEASE NOTE: Argilla Pottery products are all handmade. All products are subject to availability with a lead time of 3-4 weeks.
- Send your order to orders@argillapottery.co.za.
- You’ll receive a quotation/invoice that will deduct your discount (your profit) and specify whether you qualify for FREE delivery or not.
- If not, an R160.00 courier fee will be added to your order.
- When you pay your invoice please use the banking details and reference number (Inv.no) on your quotation/invoice.
- Email the proof of payment to info@argillapottery.co.za.
- Head Office will notify you when your order is ready to be dispatched, and then you can make the final payment if there is an outstanding amount. Argilla will book the collections within 2-4 working days after receipt of the final payment
- It can take up to 15-20 working days (3-4 weeks) before you will be notified that your parcel is ready to be couriered to you.
- We use the courier services of “The Courier Guy”.
- You’ll be notified when your parcel has been collected from Head Office by the courier.
- We have different payment options: EFT, Mobicred, PayFast, Yoco, and Lay-buy.
Delivery:
- The free delivery target is directly linked to the increase in the fuel price and the courier cost and may change on short notice.
- The free delivery target is now set at R2 650.00.
- Orders less than the delivery target will pay R160.00 per delivery, which may be recovered from the client.
- Delivery cost will be calculated per delivery address.
- Normal delivery T’s & C’s apply for lay-buys as well.
- Some rural areas, farms, small holdings, hospitals, fire stations, chain stores, and addresses outside a town may have a surcharge of up to R420.00 on their delivery. Before you complete your registration just confirm delivery arrangements to your area.
- No orders will be sent out without proof of full payment. The deposit slip should be emailed.
Website and Social Media:
- Please note that the Argilla Pottery/Stoneware name is a REGISTERED TRADE NAME and may not be used as part of your website address, email address, or any social media platform.
- Before you set up any website, online marketing, or social media platform you have to contact Argilla Head Office for permission and more information.
- Argilla reserves the right to report and/or close any platform with incorrect information that could harm the company.
