RECIPE / RESEP
INGREDIENTS – Pizza dough
- 375-500ml self-raising flour
- 250ml double cream natural yoghurt
- pinch of salt
- 30ml melted butter
- 10-20ml sugar + 2.5ml ground cinnamon
INGREDIENTS – Pizza filling
- Nutella/Chocolate dreams spread or Chocnut spread
- any sweets of your choice – Cream Caramels, Inside Story Chocolate, Choc Chips (white and/or dark)
- sliced banana
- nuts of your choice
- extra ground cinnamon
- fresh cream, whipped with castor sugar (optional) for serving
METHOD
Mix the flour and yoghurt in the Deep Salad/Mixer to form a dough; transfer to a work surface floured with self-raising flour. Knead for about 8-10 minutes, adding more flour as needed to keep the dough from being too sticky. Lightly grease a large enough bowl with oil – (just use the same bowl you used for the dough). Place the dough in the bowl, turning it to coat all sides in the oil. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, or a clean kitchen towel. Set aside for 30 minutes.
Spray two Argilla Large Round Plates / Large Oval Blates / Large Cheese Plates with non-stick spray or brush with oil. Sprinkle lightly with cornmeal/Maizena. This will give the crust extra crunch and flavour. Divide the dough into two. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, in a round shape, on a floured surface. Shape the dough on the plates using your hands.
Spread the pizza base with the melted butter and sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar. Put the dough in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes at 160ºC. Take out of the oven and put blobs of the spread onto the hot base. Spread with a spoon (as much as your heart desires). Arrange the sliced bananas and add the sweets and nuts. Sprinkle lightly with ground cinnamon. Serve hot with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

- 10-20ml suiker + 2.5ml gemaalde pypkaneel

vars room, geklits met strooisuiker (opsioneel) vir opdiening
METODE
Meng die meel en jogurt in die Deep Salad/Mixer om ‘n deeg te vorm; dra oor na ‘n werkoppervlak wat met ‘n bietjie bruismeel bestrooi is. Knie vir ongeveer 8-10 minute, voeg meer meel by soos nodig om te verhoed dat die deeg te taai is. Smeer ’n groot genoeg bak liggies met olie – (gebruik net dieselfde bak wat jy vir die deeg gebruik het). Plaas die deeg in die bak, draai dit om alle kante in die olie te bedek. Bedek die bak met kleefplastiek, of ‘n skoon kombuishanddoek. Hou eenkant vir 30 minute.
Spuit jou Argilla Large Round Plates / Large Oval Blates / Large Cheese Plates met kleefwerende sproei of borsel met olie. Besprinkel liggies met mieliemeel/Maizena. Dit sal die kors ekstra krakerigheid en geur gee.
Verdeel die deeg in twee. Rol die deeg met ‘n koekroller in ‘n ronde vorm op ‘n meelbestrooide oppervlak uit. Vorm die deeg op die borde met jou hande.
Smeer die pizzabasis met die gesmelte botter en sprinkel die kaneelsuiker oor. Plaas die deeg in die oond en bak vir 20-25 minute by 160ºC. Haal uit die oond en smeer die sjokolade smeer oor die warm basis. Smeer met ‘n lepel (soveel as wat jou hart begeer). Rangskik die gesnyde piesangs en voeg die lekkers en neute by. Besprinkel liggies met gemaalde kaneel. Sit warm voor met vanieljeroomys of geklopte room.
