RECIPE / RESEP
BESTANDDELE
- 500-700g maalvleis
- 2 bottels tamatie pasta sous (enige geur)
- 2 houers (230g x2) ongegeurde gladde roomkaas/maaskaas
- 125ml gerasperde Parmesan kaas
- lasagne velle
- 500ml gerasperde Mozzarella kaas
- 2 eiers
METODE
Geur die maalvleis met sout en peper. Mikrogolf vir 5-minute in ‘n Medium Argilla bak (Med Classic / Med Gourmet / Med Rectangular / Med Oval) op Hoog. Roer gereeld.
INGREDIENTS
- 500-700g minced meat
- 2 bottles of tomato pasta sauce (any flavour)
- 2 containers (230g x2) of unflavored smooth cream cheese/cottage cheese
- 125ml grated Parmesan cheese
- lasagna sheets
- salt and pepper
- 250ml water to rinse the pasta bottles with
- 500ml grated Mozzarella cheese
- 2 eggs
METHOD
Season the minced meat with salt and pepper. Microwave for 5 minutes in a Medium Argilla bowl (Med Classic / Med Gourmet / Med Rectangular / Med Oval) on High. Stir frequently. Add the pasta sauce to the minced meat. Rinse the bottles with the water and add this to the mince as well. Microwave it again for 3-5 minutes on High.
Meanwhile, mix the cream/cottage cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan and eggs. Place a quarter of the minced meat mixture on the bottom of an Argilla Large Rectangular Roaster bowl, followed by a layer of lasagne sheets, then another layer of minced meat mixture. Then half of the cheese and egg mixture.
Continue to pack in layers in turn and finish with the last half of the cheese and egg mixture. Put the lid on and bake for 40 minutes in the oven at 160°C. Remove the lid and bake for another 10 minutes until the cheese is nicely melted and brown.
Remember to never preheat the oven when using Argilla products. You place your bowl in a cold oven and let it heat up with the oven. This way, you’ll even save on your electricity consumption.
