Baked Coffee Pudding
Pudding: Heat the milk and coffee and leave to cool. Sieve the flour, caster sugar and brown sugar together. Beat the eggs and margarine until creamy. Add the coffee mixture to the flour mixture. Pour into a greased Large Oval Roaster.
Sauce: Mix all the sauce ingredients and pour over the batter. Bake at 180°C for 1 hour. Serve with cream or ice cream.
