Home-made Pizzas and Pizza Sauce
Use your Argilla plates to bake your pizzas. This is especially handy when you want to make different pizzas for family members.
Home-made Pizza Sauce
Mix the tomato paste, water, and olive oil. Mix well. Add garlic, salt and pepper to taste, oregano, basil, and rosemary. Mix well and let stand several hours to let flavours blend.
No cooking necessary just spread on dough.
2 cups of yoghurt for each cup of self-raising flour.
Mix and knead until the dough is soft and elastic. Use immediately.
Do you put the cheese on first or last? 🤔
🍅 Typically the tomato sauce will go on first on top of the dough, then the 🧀 cheese and then the 🥓 toppings.
This allows the cheese to bubble and brown and the toppings to get direct heat and become crisp.
Pineapple and Chicken
Roll out your dough (max 250g when using a Giving Plate or 200g when using a Round- or Steak Plate). Spread your home-made pizza sauce over the dough. Add the toppings and bake for 20-30 minutes at 160°C / 180°C.
Remember to always put your Argilla products in a cold oven and let it heat up gradually with the oven.
