Pecan Nut Pie
Preparing the crust
Put the pastry into the bottom of a lightly greased Argilla Square Pie Dish / All-In-One Dish. Put in a cold oven, turn it on to 160ºC and bake for 20 minutes until light golden brown.
Preparing the filling
Mix all the ingredients and pour over the baked crust. Bake for another 30 minutes. Allow to cool down until the pie is set.
Serve with cream or ice cream.
