Pork Shoulder Espetada Sticks
Slice the pork shoulder in 1 cm slices and put it in the XL Oval Roaster. Mix the marinade ingredients and pour over the meat. Cover with the lid and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes (but preferably overnight).
Skewer the meat on 3-4 large Espetada sticks. Put in a cold oven, turn it on to 160ºC and bake for 60-90 minutes or until done and beautifully browned.
Cut the meat lengthwise down the skewer and serve hot or cold with Sweet and Sour Sauce.
Sweet & Sour Sauce
Mix 1 tin condensed milk, ½ tin brown vinegar, 5 ml dry mustard powder, Aromat or any flavouring to taste.
