Potato, Pea & Bacon Salad
Cook the potatoes in the Oval Salad for 12 minutes on high in the microwave (or until done). Set aside to cool.
Fry the bacon and garlic in the Medium Classic Roaster for 5 minutes uncovered in the microwave on high. Add the peas and cook for another 5 minutes. Set aside to cool. Add the bacon & peas to the potatoes. Season with salt & pepper.
Prepare the dressing: 125ml mayonnaise, 125ml plain yoghurt (double cream), 5ml sugar, 2.5ml garlic & herb spice (Ina Paarman’s) *Serve the dressing separate or mix it with the salad.
